Our founding team comes from the State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Transmissions at Chongqing University. Since 2005, the team has undertaken and participated in over 20 national-level projects related to robot reducers and precision transmission, including the National 863 Program, the National Key R&D Program, the National High-Quality Special Program, and the National Natural Science Foundation. We have achieved breakthroughs in key technologies for harmonic reducer design, manufacturing, testing, evaluation, and product reliability and consistency during mass production and assembly. We developed the world's first ultra-low ratio harmonic reducer with a ratio of 15, and through our proprietary tooth profile design technology, solved the challenging problem of non-linear back-drivability control in harmonic reducer joint modules — giving harmonic reducers the linear characteristics of planetary reducers. This laid the core technical foundation for the development of torque-sensor-free harmonic reducer joint modules. Our achievements have been recognized with one Second-Class National Technology Invention Award and seven provincial/ministerial First-Class Awards.
